This quality spacious barn conversion has two bedrooms the master has a king-size bed and the other has a 4ft bed. There is a 4ft bed settee for extra guests if required in the lounge. Bedding and towels are provided. A utility room accommodates the washing machine and central heating boiler and there is plenty of space for coats, boots, etc. needed for outdoor activities.

This tranquil cottage has a large lounge with a wood burning fire. Patio doors open onto a meadow and looks to the slopes of Dartmoor 's open moorland beyond. Rabbits are often seen playing in the fields and if you're lucky, a fox or badger may decide to pay a visit and the birds are always around to sing you a song.

The farm is fortunate to have a natural Dartmoor spring water supply. The bathroom has a Victorian bath with showering facilities, a large hand basin and WC.

The kitchen / diner is a spacious room with well-equipped units, dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, fridge /freezer. As well as crockery, cutlery and all the things you need to make yourselves at home. The cottage has wireless broadband connection for those who need to work.

An enclosed personal country garden stretches the length of the cottage and is wonderful to just sit in and relax. A Barbeque is provided for those warm summer evenings.

Being a single storey barn with only one step it is suitable for many disabilities. Sorry but we do not permit smoking in the cottage and pets are welcomed by arrangement.
