DEPOSIT and PAYMENTS
Upon booking Meadow Cottage a deposit of 25% of total is required.
The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival date shall be paid in full

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation please advise immediately. Every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and return your payment less a handling charge of £30. If unable to re-let all money will be forfeited.We recommend holiday insurance be taken out.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The number of people occupying Meadow Cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Greenwell Farm

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The accommodation is not available until 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

KEYS
Keys will be given on arrival. Please remember to return your keys on departure. A minimum charge of £30 will be made if keys are lost {to cover the cost of changing the locks}.

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES
Meadow cottage should be left clean and in the same good condition as found.
Any damage or breakage should be reported and non-trivial damage will be charged to the occupants.

LIABILITY
No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests or any loss or damage to their property. The management reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other guests.
